Internet Safety Evening - Tuesday 9th February - CANCELLED

Unfortunately tonight's Internet Safety Evening has been cancelled due to a low level of interest. However, the Boarding Schools' Association (BSA) has released a useful paper on internet safety which is available to download below. Please take this opportunity to read it and learn more about protecting young people online.

Open Day - Wednesday 10th February

We are holding an Open Day on Wednesday 10th February from 10am to 3pm. Visitors are welcome to drop in at any time for a tour of the school and an opportunity to chat with senior members of staff. Please call us on 0118 957 2861 to reserve your place.

Visitors should be aware that the school is currently in consultation with the Licensed Trade Charity over its future, and until this process is completed we will not be accepting applications for places in September 2010. For further information, please see the letter to parents posted below.

Letter to parents sent 5th January

Every parent has been sent a detailed letter in relation to the current consultation with staff regarding the future of the school. If due to the weather you have not yet received this, please find a copy here.  Please be assured that we will run the school as normal during this consultation.  We have not made a decision to close the school, however it is an option being considered.  IF this decision is taken, we will run the school as normal until the end of the Summer Term.

Parents – please do call to arrange a meeting to discuss this further, or email clare.clark@ltcharity.org.uk or if you don’t have access to email call Ian Mullins on 07768 389505.
