Pupils’ achievements are celebrated at Prize Giving ceremony

Mrs Manser with some Prize Winners at the Prize Giving Ceremony
We held our annual Prize Giving awards ceremony at the start of the Autumn term to celebrate the pupils’ achievements from the last academic year.
The event provides the opportunity to award prizes to pupils for their excellence and progression in both academic and non-academic subjects. Liam Conroy, Head Boy last year, was amongst the prize winners, winning the British Institute of Innkeepers Award for Best A Level Results. Liam read a speech about his fond memories at the school and expressed his thanks to the staff that had “inspired” him. Throughout the evening, guests also enjoyed a performance by the school’s Junior Choir and solo instrumentals.
Mrs Sue Manser, said “The evening is a special event for us to celebrate the success and hard work the pupils have put into their studies. This year we celebrate our best exam results ever and I am thankful to the staff who work so hard throughout the year.”
